LSI has successfully orchestrated aerospace logistical support programs. We have the capability to place an on-site team of procurement, inventory, and logistics experts to support military development or sustainment programs.


Program Execution

LSI’s personnel can teach you how to refine your execution approach and improve your supply chain management to exceed customer expectations.


LSI’s procurement team is responsible for all aspects of purchasing parts and outside services. Specific procurement tasks may include: Researching parts for price and availability, Vendor Negotiation, Invoice verification, Communicating and coordinating with the appropriate government personnel.

Inventory Management

The inventory team is responsible for maintaining all inventory functions. Inventory tasks may include: managing inventory by part number, location, quantity, nomenclature, and condition, establishing minimum, maximum, and re-order quantities for all part numbers.


The logistics team is responsible for collecting and analyzing information coming from the inventory and purchasing teams. Logistician tasks may include: establishing long and short-term parts planning tools, working with the inventory team to manage and order parts.
