LSI develops quality Plans of Action to confidently plan, write, edit, review and submit successful and compliant grant proposals. LSI’s highly qualified grant experts provide extensive experience with the suite and scope of grant solicitations/applications required to complete a grant application. Services also include the necessary costs and plans to be submitted for review and preparing for follow-on applications. LSI coordinates all aspects of grant planning, preparation, and submission.

1. Initial Needs Identification and Analysis: LSI has developed a Funding Needs Analysis (FNA) quad chart to facilitate a collaborative approach between LSI and the client to determine the priorities and solutions that are most appropriate. The FNA serves as a tool to elicit responses that will best guide the selection of funding sources. Once complete, LSI will have a relevant roadmap to funding which will lead to a focused grant search.
2. Research and Analytics: LSI excels in the research arena with an ability to find appropriate grant opportunities and analyze the requirements. Specifically, LSI will break down large solicitations and agency announcements and advise on content and direction of a proposal. Additionally, LSI conducts research in journals and other documents for works cited references included in proposals.
3. Proposal Design and Management: LSI has created and implemented proposal processes and systems to produce submittal ready documents, including project management timelines, outlines, and work plan templates.
4. Collaborative Approach and Professionalism: LSI has experience working with individuals in local government, academic institutions, and industry, and is uniquely qualified to manage diverse people and groups to generate winning proposals.
