LSI’s Education to Employment (E2E) Program provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to TWC VR Customers and eligible students with disabilities across Texas. Our year-round approach connects students with a dedicated Career Advocate (CA) who helps them explore career paths, develop skills, and overcome barriers to employment.

LSI’s Youth Services Program helps young people ages 16-24 who are out of school and facing challenges in education or employment. We provide personalized support to help you gain job skills, explore careers, and continue your education—paving the way for a brighter future.

Career Exploration & Development - One-on-one coaching to find the right career path.
Educational Support - Assistance in earning a high school diploma or GED.
Job Placement Help - Access to internships, apprenticeships, and full-time jobs.
